Domino's Pizza worker accused of fatally running down woman in Brooklyn while intoxicated

A boozed-up Domino’s Pizza worker driving in Brooklyn mowed down a 69-year-old woman crossing the street Wednesday — then left her in the street to die, police sources said.

A woman was outside with her family when she saw Margaret Myers get hit by a car at Barbey St. and Wortman Ave. in East New York about 6:30 p.m., police said.

But the callous driver, Videsh Badal, 34, sped away — so the good Samaritan hopped in her car and called 911, cops said.

When the woman finally caught up with Badal, who was wearing a Domino’s Pizza uniform, she barked: “Hey, you hit somebody back there!” according to a police source.

“Well, who’s going to pay for my car?” Badal, of Coney Island, replied, the source said.

Then narcotics cops in an unmarked car arrived at the scene, sources said. Badal — who was driving on a suspended license — tried to fight off the cops, but was eventually cuffed, sources said.

The critically injured Myers was taken to Brookdale University Hospital, where she died.

Badal was later booked on charges that include vehicular manslaughter, resisting arrest and DWI.
