President Obama said Tuesday that concern for her two young daughters led him to reach out and comfort Sandra Fluke, which was labeled a "slut" by Rush Limbaugh.
"One of the things we want to do as you get older is engaging in issues that concern, even the ones on that I can't agree with them," the President said of his daughters, Malia and Sasha, in a press conference on Tuesday.
"I want to be able to speak their mind in civil and thoughtful way. And I don't want them horrible names attached or referred to because they're being good citizens ".
