In the film, breaking into a computer usually involves guessing a password incredibly complicated or obscure.
In the real world, it is much easier: the most common term used by American businessmen appear to be, unfortunately, "Password1."
The latest study data protection from Trustwave says Password1 is popular because it meets new attempts to tighten security requiring a password containing both a capital letter and a number.
Approximately 5% of all password involves a variation of the word "password", the report said.
The study also found that the food and beverage industry — no banks or the Pentagon — was the target of hackers for the second year in a row.
The authors of the study said its restaurants, bars and hotels that meet customer e-mail addresses and credit card numbers are the top destination because they have weaker financial institutions protection, where theft is more profitable, but more difficult to pull off.
Only 16% of organizations victim realized that had been violated, Trustwave has said.
